Class BBQ Dinner

Hi everybody. It has been a long time our class have an outing(last one was at Sakura Clementi). As everyone is going to CPTC trainings and industrial attachments during the next sem,we would like to have a gathering (perhaps this is a last gathering for us). We decided to have a BBQ at ECP. The details of the gathering are stated below:

Date: 3 September 2011 (Saturday)

Time: 5pm onwards

Venue: ECP (BBQ pit venue to be confirmed)

For the cost, it is depending on how much food we order. Therefore, I have sent an excel sheet regarding on the food menu. Please help to fill up the excel sheet if you are intending to go for the BBQ party so that I will be able to order the food based on each preference and to minimise the cost. The instructions are on the excel sheet. Please reply me back the email with the excel sheet by Sunday 14/8/2011 so that I can tabulate the excel sheet and book the pit and order the food ASAP as good BBQ are hard to book. Once confirm, I will be collecting money during the semester exams week. Hope to see everybody. Thanks :)

How to go there:
By MRT/BUS:-Take MRT to Bedok Station, then take bus 401 at the bus interchange. Alight it at the cable ski park (At the ECP food court). However, you must walk about 1km to there. Alternative method:Instead of bus, you can share taxi with 4 people at Bedok MRT station. The fare is about the same as the bus fare if shared by 4 people per cab

By car:Park your vehicle at carpark F2. (please look up for the sign)
